It appears to be a pretty standard baseboard profile, but using two different heights to achieve the look. At least, that is the way I would accomplish the profile:)

@connie Thanks for that! I would never have known that they used two different heights here. I guess I really should just hire a professional for these things since I have no idea how to do home design much less do the installation myself. My favorite part of this picture is the gold faucet—I love the exposed pipes underneath the sink. That really is a unique way to showcase it! I'm trying to figure out what I want to do for my bathroom redesign, and I think I want to have baseboards and plumbing fixtures just like these.
