I believe this floor is a 3/4" x 4" or 5" stained White Ash nail down floor. Ash has a similar appearance to white oak but it is frequently more yellow. The wild grain patterns are a trait of ash verses oaks. (Some glue down oak floors can tend to have some dramatic grain patterns, but it is because they are engineered veneer cut, not solid hardwood).

It is indeed white oak and not ash hardwood flooring, we purchased and installed it. It is a nail down, 3/4” thick that was stained and finished.
