Color constraints help to update master bath!

Need design advice as I try to work around this color scheme of our master shower. Plan to remove wallpaper, update shower head, change out shower doors and change faucets/fixtures to brushed nickel. Keeping bath counter which is currently white like the cabinets. I dont want to demo the shower or add more pink in the bathroom!

Should I add floor tile all the way up to the ceiling in the shower area?

Would love to get input on color for the wall and for the cabinetry.

Thanks a bunch!

Strip the paper and paint all a soft white. Wait on all else until you can change it to a bath you want........meaning consider the layout AND the tile.........all of it,

Ifnyou replace shower doors, I would go frameless. Remove wallpaperand brass

please do not add more tile above the shower tile you already have. I would strip out the wallpaper and paint the walls and then do as the others suggested and wait until you have the budget to completely redo the space. good luck!

Maybe try painting the shower white???

We are updating master sinks, shower fixture, light fixtures for improved function/experience. Jacuzzi fixture, towel racks and knobs will be changed to rid off the brass look! A frameless shower door is on the cards. Definitely stripping off the wallpaper! Not looking to gut the master or major redo for a while, if at all.

Does paint on tile work for a bathroom area ? I would like to atleast paint the pink tile above the jacuzzi and limit the pink to the shower only for now. Will try soft white as recommended. Any other suggestions on colors would be very helpful. Should I repaint cabinets?

Hire a professional tile painter/refinisher and get rid of that pink tile in the shower and around the tub! Once that tile is white, you can choose something other than white for the cabinets: light gray, blue, whatever. Then choose your wall color to coordinate (not match) with the vanity.

Once you strip paper and replace out the brass you will have a totally different look and may not want to do any thing else. Try one step at a time

    Do you have daylight photos?

Love the recommendations on doing this a step at a time + getting a tile painter vs regular painter. Husband may question the longevity of painting the tile inside the shower and in that case, what are thoughts about just the tile outside the shower repainted and replacing the shower door that has a nice lightly frosted glass to 'hide' the pink. Will upload more pictures - window of the master is clear glass and has shutters so not much daylight in the bathroom.

Replace sink and update faucets and knobs and light fixtures to brushed nickel.

Replace door with frameless/brushed nickel / maybe frosted glass to hide pink!

Paint tile, walls, refresh window shutters. Windows face front of the house and not sure if frosted glass will keep the privacy needed.

Color suggestions for wall and vanity would be great! Floor tile is a beige and tub/sinks/vanity top are bone color.

Good daylight photos, thanks. You could replace the wallpaper with some new, lively and colorful wallpaper that would draw attention away from the tile. If you plan to replace the brass here, will you also be replacing all the brass door levers and hinges at some point? I suggest you look at the new brushed brass finishes to see if you can combine old and new brass if you are not ready to replace it all in one fell swoop.

Years later this project finally became a reality (some lighting kinks are being worked but mostly there). Thanks all for your ideas.
