Really you show a sink and want a design .If you want help you need to give us a lot of info like budget , what are you thinking you want , your style . Honestly how could you even think this would get answers.

There are a lot of super talented people on these forums, and if you can provide more information regarding what you are hoping to do, then you will probably receive some very good advice. (This query is in the flooring discussion...?) Showing a floor plan of the entire bathroom (and surrounding) will help; providing more information on what you mean by "redesign" (change walls, fixtures, etc. or just interested in replacing the vanity?). If you have any inspiration photos or styles you like -- all that information will help. Good luck.

If wanting to stay in a tight budget, how about painting the vanity gray (like the tile grout) or black and add a new stone counter top with undermount sink, new gray wall paint and perhaps a new mirror
