This tile was purchase locally through Hamilton Parker - Columbus, OH. (in 2014)

The product is by Island Stone - Waveline BG4, Seagrass.

I have this tile on my fireplace. We wanted a more mid century look so we reversed the direction.
Black grout. It's a beautiful Glass tile.
