We just had a beautiful XO Exhaust hood mounted in our kitchen. They are made in Italy & very well made. I'm not sure but think they may possibly make one that is the size you want. I love their designs, very sleek, beautiful, powerful & well lit. They make both residential strength, and commercial strength ones. Be careful you buy the right one {residential strength} other wise code in your area might not permit you to use the commercial strength one. In the beginning we wanted to use the more powerful strength exhaust hood but our contractor told us it wasn't allowed in our town. The one we bought is residential but is still super powerful! I included a link to the page for the 'wall mounted' ones you mentioned, ours is an under cabinet type. We looked quite a bit and weren't happy with others we saw until we found the XO. A 48” range needs a 54” hood. Ventahood makes anything you need. And you will be required to have a MakeUp Air system as well.
