Well first off whomever bought that paper had to have bought it locally. Not many people buy wall paper from the internet, or travel very far. So I would try looking locally. Now this may take a little bit of work but if you go to google and put in white wall paper with thin black lines it will show you all the images and then just go to that site...where it comes to the time consuming part is describing it in detail like White wall paper with this black squiggly lines....it takes time to search using the right terminology, there maybe a special word that wall paper manufacturers use to describe those lines.
