We are currently looking for a lot in our neighborhood to build on. Most lots are 50 ft. wide by about 130 ft. I saw another ? where the plans can be bought for $15k. What I need to know, is what is the lot size of this home and what is the width and depth of the home itself? We would need to see if a side driveway would work where I live to accommodate this house. Possibly could get a 60 ft. wide lot, if so, would need some modifications to likely accommodate an attached garage and maybe bonus room on top of garage rather than at very top. How much more if plans needed to be modified? Thank you.
