How do I specify these windows to a manufacture?

How do I specify these windows to a manufacture? The subtle dark done on the windows really pops but is not overdone. Our brick and stone combo are very similar on our new build.

That is the frame type. They have several different options for frame "reveal", which is the thickness of the frame you see. Every manufacturer has different frame types and frame reveals. The thinnest frames are the metal type, seen a bunch in new contemporary windows and product by brands such as RAM Windows. But if you show this picture to a Pella Rep they will be able to tell you which type of window it is.

I do have a Pella Rep working with me. I am wanting make sure this is not a detail that I need to pass along to my build that my Residential Home Designer did not specify on my plan sets. If this is a standard installation I'll proceed with the recommended windows. Thanks for your time and please clarify if possible.

The Pella rep should be able to tell your builder what frame openings he needs, based on the architectural design on your home.

Thanks again. Just wanted to make sure I’m not missing some special recessing detail. I have all of the frame sizes and rough openings as you said. Awesome house! Pray mine turns out on par.
