We have a dedicated spray paint guru who does the cabinet doors, not sure what his process is, I just know the end product is excellent.
The no out of pocket cost is that we put a voluntary note or lien on the property being sold so we get paid when the sale closes by the attorney. Because of the increased value in the kitchen and the home price increase when listed, the new buyer actually covers the cost. More details on our website, thanks for your interest.
