I would like to use a 9' dining table & was planning on putting it 4' away from the bottom wall in the picture.
The door to the hall on bottom has been moved over to the living area. So, that makes the dining wall the same width as the kitchen. It does still have that offset on the right side. The bottom right corner can't be covered, that is where the return air vent will be.
I would like to add a hutch.
Any suggestions as to layout or potential problems?
