What is to the left of the front door? And can you post a photo of it? I'm wondering if there is an opportunity there to help pull the room together.

Just the front door and a closet. (This is a pretty small apartment)

I'm purchasing nesting or bunch tables instead of a large living room table and a kilim pillow for the wicker ottoman so it can be used for additional seating.

I would put the wicker chair in the corner where your art earl is and set the tall lamp next to it OR put the wicker chair at an angle on the other side of your couch (opposite of its current location) and set the end table and smaller lamp next to the couch on the opposite side. If you tried that route, I’d move that entry table to either where the easel is now and have it an an angle or could it directly across your front door next to the closet door? The art on your easel is pretty. Can you hang that over your couch and maybe something long,like sconces in each side or two smaller frames with very simple prints (like maybe just some light abstract colors in the same family) on each side hanging vertically within the same height range of the large frame?

I have to echo Suz Adam's suggestion to place the console to the left of the closet door if there's room. Perhaps the large canvas to go above it along with your table lamp? I'd also swap the loveseat and TV. It's often more welcoming to enter a home and be greeted by a comfortable place to sit rather than electronics. The art that you have on the easel could go directly above the loveseat. The arm chair can snuggle into the corner next the to the TV with the floor lamp behind it. That might make a nice spot to read or alternately a place for a guest to sit and converse with you rather than focusing on the TV.
