Paint and simple hardscape will have to save this home. Due to budget and elder owner (easy upkeep), I have the privilege to bring beauty to this house. The owner, my buddy, will not consider painting over all the beige siding, so a great balance of accents for all trim will have to do. This is in a neighborhood where homes like his are being torn down, replaced with condos, so investing in long-term restoration would not make sense. We just want enough beauty to rent out one level as Airbnb.

So...1) What do you think about dark charcoal gray and off-white with a bold door? A) Paint the brick too. 2) Stairway? Would love to do something unique. A) Stencil? B) Checkerboard? C) Color(s)? 3) Hardscape w/easy-care plants and sitting area. Japanese maples stay. ***Please...have at it! :)
