Has anyone painted their front door this shade?.. on a white house?

I haven't but it sounds...delicious! :) I know the colour and I like it. If you do a Google image search with those key words, you'll find a few. I say go for it!

We have ferns on the porch through summer and fall, and shaded lawn and landscaping. Think the Granny Smith would be a nice pop of color. Front porch furniture is white wicker... accent rugs and cushions black/white, gray deck.
