My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Pics on Houzz won't load; clicking an icon won't take me anywhere

When I do a search for a room or product on Houzz, a few pictures load, but most do not load, and when I click on a product or price for more info, nothing happens. Are these two things related and how can I fix it? Thank you.

    Provide an example? What browser are you using? Have you cleared history/cookies lately?

    Hi, azinoh; I am using IE11 and Windows 8.1. Should I upgrade to 10? History should automatically clear. Thanks.

    I don't know if you "should" upgrade to 10...you have to decide that. The first step would be to see if the same problem occurs with a different browser. You should install another browser of your choice, even if you choose to continue with IE11. If hurts nothing to have another browser. Google Chrome, Firefox or Opera would do fine. No example, eh? That means no one can look at the same page you are trying to view to see if they have the same problem.

    Hi again, azinoh; I tried a search on Houzz in Chrome; no problems and all pics loaded. The search I tried before using IE11 was 'Home Office' and just three or four pics would load.
