which way to hang mirror

Hi, I’m looking to hang this mirror above my dining room buffet. The wire hanger is positioned right now so it has to be hung erotically but I’m thinking horizontal is better?

But in all seriousness it is a very pretty mirror and I agree with you, horizontally is better.

    I'm sure there's a video........but I'd say vaginally............ ( up/down, not wide way)

!5 minutes until someone gets outraged : )

too funny! depends what you use the table for, I guess! I would hang it vertically, but it may still not be wide enough, what are the measurements of the buffet and the mirror?

Omg, I need to proof read before I hit enter. Vertically is what I meant, ha! You guys are funny. Buffet is 55” and mirror is 38” x28”

Dawns on me could have said virginally......

Virginally will give you more height and room for a pair of lumps..... uh lamps

Vertical would be best with buffet lamps on either side

You chandelier seems to be undersized for the size of the room by quite a bit & the crystall seems a bit too Glam for your other selections.

oh I actually MEANT to say horizontal...I am NOT a designer so don't listen to me, I would have hung it sideways.

mmmmmmmmmm no. Makes it look sorta bedroom dresser. Take all away except lamps and a couple candlesticks . Too cluttered. : )

Thanks for the laugh! Made my day but agree vertically and lamps on either side....the lamps will be the fun part!

vertical and I'd go with a larger chandelier for the size of the room/table size

Ok, another question and I’ll try to keep it clean.
We use the dining table everyday as there’s no eat in kitchen space. I have these ugly pads on table. Should I put down a table cloth? Also centerpiece ideas?

You should get a casual table and live in the present, ditch the disco ball glam chandelier. It's too small anyway.

Put the placemats in a drawer until mealtime. Practical and stylish are not oxymorons. :)

If you’re going to hang the mirror, clear everything but the lamp or the buffet.

I have a nice table with pads and I always use a table cloth. The used to and are again making some nice vinyl with backing. I have a bunch for the different seasons and holidays!! I also have some nice cloth ones for dressier.
