Help, Pepper Plants seem to be suffering.

Hello, I am new to the forums an gardening in general. As you can see, many of my pepper plants seem to be suffering. Many of the leaves are curling upwards, taking on yellow / brown spots, and the leaves from the older growth are falling off. I purchased these plants about a month ago from a store here in Southern, MS. They looked great when I first purchased them and planted them but have since seemed to take on little growth and are on the decline. I have been using a 5.1.1 organic fish fertilizer, Epsom salt, used coffee grounds, and powdered egg shells. I have only fertilized once and these issues were persistent prior to fertilizing. Never the less, I am here for some advice as to what is going on with my plants and what might be a resolve. I am not trying to go all organic but prefer cheaper methods to gardening. I have garlic, cherry tomatoes, beef steak tomatoes, and green beans in the same garden and they all seem to be doing very well. Thanks in advance, much <3.
