This rose seems to be just as vigorous as Belinda's Dream. Here's the first bloom.

'Belinda's Blush' looks in photos to have a better color than its' sport parent.

I wanted one, but it was sold out. Boo! It looks beautiful. I think it does have a prettier/more interesting color than its parent.

I missed out on it too, but at least now we'll know its habits. Such a pretty colour!

Dingo's photo had a bit more color. I hope mine changes like that as it opens. I like it being this light color too though. It was around 90f when it opened, I'm definitely going to take note of temps and stuff to see if it changes.

Very pleased with the pair that landed here, too. Shipped on a Monday & arrived that Thursday 4/12 via FedEx Home delivery. All came with bare branches - leaves stripped - during a cold spell, but leafed out within 2 weeks of cool weather & began budding up as soon as 70F days settled in.

Still in their original 2-gallon pots, they've stalwartly endured frosts, sudden temp spurts to low 90's & lots of rain from gentle to pounding during their 5 weeks here. First bloom began to open in spiral slow motion 2 weeks ago, mimicking the habit of Belinda's Dream. Today that bloom shows the same form as Witchy's last photo, ruffled & fully expanded. Impression at a distance of apricot with a deeper heart, but closer inspection shows a wash of pale pinks & outer petals rimmed with the deeper pink of Belinda's Dream, as the buds show before they open. Similar to Dingo's photo at HMF. Thank you, Witchy, for adding your lovely photos there!

Several more buds blooming now as new buds are forming & branches growing. Looks like it definitely has both the vigor & free blooming ability of Belinda's Dream. Fragrance nearly identical to Belinda's Dream, too, raspberry over damask.

My thanks to Garden Time & Dingo for their enabling reviews of Belinda's Blush! Sue

As much as I like Belinda’s Dream I’m not sure why I haven’t been paying attention to this beauty, glad you posted your lovely pictures of this one, witchy!

Sara-Ann it has that same pep. I have no doubt it will outgrow everything else planted at the same time.

Thanks, this one is definitely going on my list for 2019.

I love this rose, if she had more fragrance, she would be perfect. No balling in our wet, wet weather and huge blooms, loaded with buds. I had picked this up from ARE, ordered Belindas dream for spring, cant wait!

Looks pretty, does it do well in rain? Any balling issues? Belindas dream balls ver badly in VA. I usually end up with a beautiful plant, with big fat buds all rotting after a rain, quite sad. Because when BD blooms, she is perfect!

I've had mine for two years. Never had a problem with balling. I like it better then Belinda's Dream.

I finally ordered Belinda’s Blush for 2021, can‘t wait to see how it does, because I love Belinda’s Dream!

My Belinda’s Blush has zero thorns. Curious if the sport parent, Belinda’s Dream, has thorns?

I’ll check for you Stephanie! I absolutely love my belindas dream . Adore it !

Some thorns , not a lot ! I know this rose needs cleaning up still but I just got started on them .

BD is definitely low thorn. Interesting how a sport can switch to be no thorn. I need to start in on my Madame Alfred Carriere. I am thinking of doing the bending down and tying like Jenny Barnes shows on her niff_barnes Instagram account.

Does Belinda's Blush have the same fragrance as Belinda's Dream? What do they both smell like?

I only detect a faint fruity rose fragrance from Belinda’s Blush. I have never grown or seen a Belinda’s Dream in person.

I adore my belindas dream and would never be without it . it smells like a sugary sweet rose . i dont know how else to describe it but i love it .
