Anyone ever eat a Honeyberry...and liked it?

I'm talking about Lonicera caerulea. I'm growing 'Blue Hokkaido', 'Blue Pacific', 'Blue Sea' and 'Blue Velvet'. Second season now and all are uniformly tart, with hints of...tartness!

Seriously, I think I have a pretty good palate, and I detect no other flavor in addition to the extreme acidity. Certainly no "honey-like" flavor or sweetness of any kind.

Kudos to the marketing genius that dubbed them honeyberries;-).

In the "pros" column, they are much easier to grow than blueberries--requiring much less water.
