Nice console.

If you choose to add additional art, keep the tops of the frames of the art you hang highest either equal with or below the top of the pass thru window.

A single rectangular box shelf made with shelving boards that is the same width of the tv and painted the same white as the console could be hung above the console and a pair of floating white shelves could be hung beside the tv -- one beneath each of two pieces of art (preferably in matching frames) hung on each side of the tv.

The three white shelving pieces could link the three items of interest.

Because there is a lot of detail in the console, I would be inclined to keep the wall treatment simple -- just one other piece of art, in this size/shape. And you need a bigger ornament/vase on the right than you presently have there, so I used my magic wand to enlarge it. I also moved your existing art a bit closer to the TV.

I see a lot of "stuff" already. I would just do a good job with the glass cabinets and leave the wall around the TV alone. Less is more

Get a larger tv, get it up ON the wall, and add not one thing : )
