window trim exterior need advice

HI, I need some advice on what type of exterior trim to install on windows (rear of house). I was thinking of either a decorative fypon type trim or a basic trim with shutters and maybe a window box, Any advice would be helpful. the home with be painted or sided and porch will be redone. Thank you , Karin
