I love the pairing - I think they look fabulous together. Much would depend on the light in your kitchen, the size and the over all design. The quartz you've chosen has a lot of movement which might be a little overwhelming in a small space. If you have a large kitchen and are planning an island you could use a white in a complimentary shade there. If you are worried about the warmth vs cool tones I think the right hardware and backsplash could tie it together. Shiny or matte gold hardware would look very rich while polished nickel would give it an understated elegance. I would personally choose a simple backsplash - a colorful/busy tile might compete with the countertop. I would experiment first before you give up on your choice.
