This is a lakefront home and while sitting on the deck, it's all about the view. I need help finding the right color for the wood trim/stairs. White seems like the "standard" choice for this house, but I'm not such a fan as I feel it "pops" too much and while sitting inside, it somewhat obstructs the view. The 2nd floor deck area will be screened in and when sitting inside, I would love to not notice the wood beams and just be looking out on the lake. What do you all think about a dark gray (almost black) color on the lower and middle deck trim areas? Need ideas!
