What colors should we paint the exterior of our new home?!

I’m so stumped on what to paint our new house. I typically love all white houses but I know with this house we need to be careful because of its unique design.
I wanted to paint the base a creamy white called dove wing by Ben Moore, and also was going to paint the Tudor lines the same so that they don’t stand out as much since it’s really not a traditional Tudor.
With the black grid windows what color should we paint trim?! At first I was thinking “hazy skies” by Ben mores but now I’m thinking maybe that will be too busy?
what color should we paint the garage door? should we paint or whitewash the turreted stone entrance or leave it alone?
Help!

It's a Tudor with a turret. It's always going to be a Tudor with a turret.

Do not paint the stone. This below is the whitest color scheme I have seen for a Tudor.

I would definitely keep the black windows. They are perfect with your house.

I would keep your color current scheme and invest is some complementary landscaping like you see below. Your lot is really lacking & 86 the globe balls lamp post. The property could look much better with landscape lighting.

The current color scheme fits your house perfectly. I would never paint out the tudor lines. Its a beautiful house. I do agree, you could do a bit more with the landscaping, and if anything needs paint, you could do a refresh, but, I would stay with same color it is.

I totally agree that the current color looks great. You might want to paint the garage door the same color as the house. Yes to new landscaping, too.

I really like the last pic Beverly posted. The colors are much more subtle and muted. That color scheme would look beautiful on your home. Definitely would not paint the stone.

I agree. I really like the colors of the last house Beverly posted. I would get a base color close to a tan in the shakes of her house and go a little darker for the wood trim.

We are definitely redoing the landscape as well! I know the house looks grey/dark grey in the photo But it is actually light blue/dark blue - not my favorite! I want to lighten it up and have it be more light and airy feeling as opposed to dark and gloomy. I absolutely love these colors but not sure if I should only do the creamy color, or if I do the darker trim, where should that go! And what color to paint the garage??

Also - the reason I thought it wasn’t a traditional Tudor is because I have never seen a Tudor with a roof like ours. I feel like our gambrel style roof and the stone turret makes it more French cottage looking. It seems like to me the only characteristic making it a Tudor is the few lines it has.

The last photo you posted will not look good on your house. In fact, it doesnt look great on the house in the photo. Its way too uninteresting and bland, and quite frankly ugly.

Live in it for a year and do more research on what you have and what it might become with a color change.
