Need your opinion...which Provenza LVT do you like better?

Hi there so it's been an exhausting 8 months trying to find a luxury vinyl that actually looks like natural European oak. Thanks to a friend I discovered Provenza's new Moda LVT line and have 2 samples and am stuck on which one to order. I'd like it looking natural like a European oak with some variation but not too much and definitely not any gray. Which one would you choose the one on the left or right? thx

How do you like them now that they’re in?

Does anyone have photos of Simply Silver installed?
Btw- Provenza should srsly add review pics to their site.

Did you use the LVP on your stairs or so hardwood?

Has anyone used After Party? I also like First Crush and curious -- looks so different in the house versus in the showroom, you gotta bring it home!

I wanted to add my photos of our Provenza AT EASE floors here because we are in love with them and get soooo many compliments on them! We have had them for about 10 months and they still look perfect! We have two toddler boys that have drawn on them, dropped so many things on them...and they haven't scratched or stained at all.

I had a hard time deciding on a color and almost went with Road Trip, but am very happy we ended up with AT EASE. I love the contrast throughout the planks. It is the perfect mix of warm and cool tones. Our home leans more warm (our walls are a warm white - Sherwin Williams Alabaster) so I didn't want anything too gray, but also didn't want them to be too warm/orange.

I have a whole blog post with a full review here if you want to see more photos or read more about the process too!

Provenza need to update their web site so that you can put in a color on the search function and find that product. So far, I can't find any of the colors mentioned without finding the collection first.

    @jl1972

you are right. Go to Waterproof LVP - Moda Living to find the colors. I've been looking too. So hard to decide.

Hello! The most important lesson I learned was that the sample did not always reflect the true color. I purchased five differant boxes of flooring before making a decision.

I decided on provenza first glance.

Very pretty. Curious, Very smart of you!! \were you able to return the boxes you did not use?

    Unfortunately not all of them.

My thought was that if I am going to spend over $9000 on flooring than spending $100 on a box to make sure was will worth it!

Example, I brought home a sample of finally mine and loved it and still do!

So I bought a box and to my surprise it looked totally grey in my house and nothing like the sample looked.

Here is another picture of first glance.

@Renee I ordered At Ease. I am trying to redo our new house from half way across the country and do not have a chance to try each one in the new place. I hope it will work but either way, I have to live with it! Wish me luck!!

We just installed Provenza Road Trip, still need to finish new stair and railing install and paint, but we love it. Seems to work well with warms and cools. Feels great underfoot and our installer seemed to like working with it.

    That looks really nice!!

I'm very happy with the way First Crush looks, but I HATE the installation. My floor isn't level underneath and I feel every dip and bump.

    Great pics everyone! Beautiful!!

@jl1972 Good luck!!! I’m sure it will be fabulous!!

    Renee,

At ease is beautiful! it is going to be fantastic!

anyone know on the moda line when they say random lengths up to 72 inches how many smaller sections you get in a box?

Ana Ivies did they not level the floor before the install? Did you cover that in your contract??

First Glance installed and I am very happy with it!

I wasn’t sure at first about lvp but as each day passes I am more and more happy with my choice!

First glance is very neutral in color and nice looking.

Ana Lives you floors look so warm compared to my sample. How does it look in real life? Super grey? Or do they have some warmth? This is First Crush.

They’re very warm in person but can pull grayish on gray days. Soooo much warmer than the samples! I didn’t even bring home the sample the first few times but I saw photos I loved so I bought a box.

Ana Ivies, thank you! I think I’m just going to go with my gut and do it….my goal is this….ish…

    Hello!

I ended up purchasing First Glance.

First Glance is 100 percent warm with no grey.

    First Crush does pull grey.

I am happy with the quality of Provenza.

Here is a couple more photo‘s of First Glance.

Honestly they all look wonderful once installed. They also, from my experience, look quite different from room to room, from time of day to time of day.

I too fretted and obsessed - of course- but mostly my takeaway is that they all look so much better once installed.

First Crush has alot of gray but can run warm or cool depending on your interier.. Being we're on the coast, we wanted that pier-weathered type of look. First Glance is pretty, the pics look great. We've had our floors over 2 years now and not one problem with them. Easy to clean and they still look as good as the day we first installed them.

any advice on trying to find installers when you're planning from out of state, good resources? Thanks!

I did an out of state remodel. Don't have much to offer. If you know anyone in the town you're remodeling in, give them a call; that's what we did. Once we got a name, we checked the state's website for complaints/license problems, etc. We also checked Angie's List. Angie's List has changed alot since we did the out of state remodel so I'm not sure how reliable it is anymore. They're more about getting fees of contractors than they were when we used them .

I would put your new zip code in the provenzafloors.com site for Finding a Retailer. Hopefully the local retailer would be willing to share a few recommendations (at least that is how it worked for me)

Has anyone used Star Struck or have photos of a larger sample?

I am going to the wholesaler this week. I'll look for it and will post a pic of the large sample if they have it.

clubnev that would be amazing! I can't find any pictures of it installed.

Bought a box of each Provenza flooring for a whole house - Great Room & Bedroom. Going with Coco Classic (more brown tones with some gray - darker) vs. Endless Summer (lots of gray/medium brown). Question....has anyone installed Provenza LVP in a pattern? Considering a Herringbone pattern in the entryway. I can't find any images. Help, please. We install it in late June 2023, so there is some time. Catherine

I'm debating on provenza star struck. Can't find pics of installation.

@HU-785598401 You posted 4 pictures of your First Glance above and all are gorgeous!! However, the one taken looking towards the living room & kitchen appear darker than the other 3 taken in the kitchen. Which would you say is the way it looks in real life? I love both but am looking for something closer to the one picture looking toward the kitchen and living room. I'm agonizing over all of this! I want something dark blonde to medium brown w/ low variation, warm but w/o gray or red undertones, and not real knotty.

Catherine- did you end up putting down Coco Classic or Endless Summer? Would love pictures
