I've got a Christmas Cactus doing very well in ceramic pot that has a volume of about 800ml — quite green, bushy, produces flowers through December (and sometimes a second, smaller wave). I've got another, available pot of about double capacity. I'm thinking about potting the CC up, into this pot.

Conditions: It's late July. Our house stays comfortable (not too hot) during the day, with nearby windows bringing in sunshine at least eight hours/day, though the CC is and can remain in indirect daylight. House cools in the evening but does not get cold.

I'd be very grateful if you'd provide counsel based on your experience. Thanks.
