Refrigerator Space Design

My original plan was a 42" French door Jenn-Air built in refrigerator. After looking at the refrigerators we want to go with a 48" built in Sub-Zero refrigerator. Any opinions on weather the Sub-Zero door would open to close to the island counter. The space is 48" and the Sub-Zero door opens out 30". Thanks in advance.

It's not an issue because the refrigerator is not going to be open all the time.

Is your refrigerator between the pantry and the dish pantry? How wide are your aisles?

Yes the refrigerator is between the pantry and the dish pantry
