Your house looks very nice right now, and does not look outdated. What is needed is a whole lot of landscaping. No to painting the brick. It looks great the way it is.

I'd skip painting the brick. That's just exchanging a low maintenance finish for a high maintenance one. What I would do is change out the decorative panels under the window for siding that matches the verticals on the rest of the wall. Then I'd paint all the brown parts navy. And I'd add windows (not corbels) to the garage door. The trim could be a light beige. And then choose a brighter tan or blue for the front door.

I vote for a cool modern door and landscaping. Like the existing color scheme and brick.

Whatever color you decide for the siding, I’d suggest painting the white trim above the garage door the same color. I think that the white horizontal line chops up the facade, stopping the eye, and making the entry appear more compressed.
