Your designer should have all of those details worked out on the design elevations that the trades will be working from. They need that documentation, do pull it out and go over it with the GC of the job. It should be taped to the wall before the rough electrical and plumbing is done.

I’ve taken your advice and sketched it out with approximate eye levels as well as marked the top of our heads. I’ve also switched out the mirror for a 30x42” mirror. “Sconces go at eye level” ... does that mean the light bulb?
