Thank you for the inquiry. This is a custom home w/ 5 bedroom/4/5 bath in the main house plus the carriage house has a ensuite bedroom/den with full bath. The home can be modified to accommodate a smaller footprint. The magic of this house is the wrap around porch and lower level spa Lanai. The interior flow of the home is the key piece of the design. Main level works for two, but can accommodate a crowd of up to 30+ for entertainment. Site orientation was key, keeping the home at the upper part of the lot for easy in and out.
