Need help on exterior paint color and mortar color

We are about 50% complete on a new retirement home on our family farm in southeast Georgia. We have a vintage 1900 farmhouse located on the same property with several barns. They all have tin silver roofs, so we decided to put one on the new house in character with farm.
We had to put the window order in months ago and got brown framed Pellas. They arrived and are installed (see photos). Now we are having a challenge picking the siding color. The bricks covering the foundation will be a brown color (Boral Wildwood Queen). Any suggestions on a siding color would be most welcome. We are considering Sag Harbor Gray, but need a mortar color that would look good and blend with the other components of the house.
We never realized that the Gavalume metal silver color roof on the new house might make the siding color a challenge.
We would appreciate any comments or suggestions.
