Building a Home Design Dilemma

Has anyone on here built the Frank Betz Jefferies and Bowman Plans?

I have been following the dialogue about these 2 plans as I am also interested in these also. I have had blueprints in the past that were difficult to work from. How are these plans with respect to completeness, accuracy, and detail? I agree with the comments about closing the hallway between bedrooms and family room and I will create an air lock front entrance. Any more suggestions?

Save yourself money and a headache by NOT BUYING STOCK PLANS ONLINE. These plans fail to take into account your actual lot and your home needs. You'll spend more money and time altering these plans that you would if you hired an architect.
