Need end table and wall decor with gray couches

I am looking for suggestions on end tables and wall decor for my living room.
The dark corner cupboard will not be staying in the room.
The walls are revere pewter and the floor is charcoal maple.
I am unsure whether to go with glass and iron or another metal or wood. Also leaning towards round but possibly square.
Also in need of ideas for decor on walls above the couches and lamps for end tables.

You have gray and more gray, and this is frankly a very depressing look. The all-gray room was a trend that is thankfully gone, although many people haven't gotten the word. I would repaint the walls a soft white and find a rug with more color, but someone else may have ideas that wouldn't require changes.

Love your rug! How many end tables do you want and where do you want to put them? I can't see the ends of the couches to see where you have room and/or where your outlets are.

Post pictures of the rest of the room

Jck, not sure where you are getting that comment from. If the outlets are in those positions, those are the positions the outlets are in. As of now, no cords are being run. The OP is asking for advice. I agree that pictures of the rest of the room would be helpful.

My difficulty with the current setup is that the door seems to be quite blocked, even without the corner cupboard. Either the right couch needs to be moved, or both. Hladoceur, how do you manage in that corner?

However, as a vague side comment, regarding the walls -- I would think an arrangement of art something like this would be good:

Here are a few ideas for artwork. I think the piece on the right works great in that space, and the group of smaller abstracts would be great if you wanted pops of color, but more subdued colors would be great as well.

It's a great space and I'd love to work with you on options - just let me know if you'd like to see anything else.

    Kind regards,

    Derek

I would do a good sized square wood/metal end table. Perhaps warm up the space with curtains.

If your removing the door to the outside, you could add a big window centered behind the sofa. Add drapes with some color & let in natural light!!

I would add wood tables. They are much more warm and inviting than metal. I would also paint the legs of the ottoman expresso to match your couch legs.

I love the gray couches and wood elements. I agree doorway seems blocked. Artwork will give it your personality

I love Rina's glamorous choice! But I also like the recommendation for wood. Here a re few more options. I like that they have the "warmth" of wood, but are also elegant - maybe even a little glamorous, too! The Kendall table is particularly interesting in that it has back painted glass to resemble vintage verdigris. I thought it could be an opportunity to add some subtle color.

Sorry, forgot to mention the doorway is not used and will be removed along with the corner cupboard.
The wall opposite the right couch consists of 2 large windows and a set of glass French doors so a lot of light comes into the room.

There is room for end tables between the 2 couches as well as on the ends of each sofa

Readjust the placement of seating on your rug to reflect the plan illustrated above, Timidly placing the seating on the edge of the rug doesn't look purposeful,
