I wouldn’t sink money into cosmetic changes. I’d clean up the entry, no spiderwebs or debris, power wash the concrete, light trim on the bushes, and that’s it. IF anything needs painting, like the door or trim, then I’d paint. Otherwise, clean it up and keep it clean.

I agree with teamaltese. Clean, clean, clean. Wash the windows until they sparkle. Wash the woodwork around the windows and wash the door. Manicure the landscaping.
