I need to replace the sleeper sofa in my vacation rental home with 3 bedrooms. It rents $400 to $800 per night depending on the season. I need to have a reasonably comfortable sleeper sofa given the price. The sleeper allows 2 families to share the house quite comfortably.

I rented a place in Banff with a sleeper sofa and it was terrible. We put the mattress on the floor and slept on the floor.

I am considering the American Leather Comfort Sleeper. We rented a vacation rental years ago and my teenager slept on it and had a good review.

I saw one at Room and Board and laid down on it. I thought it was pretty good.

If you have one, is it worth the price? What about the mattress? Get the best offered?
