Hi, I'd like to have a similar set-up with the grill on an interior wall of our pool cabana. My architect is worried about carbon monoxide and fire hazard - what precautions did you take? Thanks!

    There is an exhaust hood above the grill and Green Egg. It meets the Florida Building Code as a proper exhaust. It is made by Fire Magic Grills
