Help with wall color please! Between #2, #3 and # 4 or other? Thanks!

Wood is a light natural Hickory just installed in all my main floor. Kitchen cabinets will be installed next week, same color as trim and windows (an off white) and countertop is a light cream Cambria. I would like a neutral color on my walls. #1 Antler Velvet by SW ended up been too dark for me and #5 is Accesible Beige is too light. Please any suggestion? Anyone done a light wood floor and Sherwin WIlliams paint? Thank you so much in advance.

none. 1 is too beige looking, 2,3,4 are too taupe, and 5 is too gray.

the taupe would look like this

and the bluer/gray like this. personally I don't care for either.

soft white looks nice. this one has a slight pink undertone which works w/the flooring

this one is SW Light French Gray

soft sage greens looks great with hickory

Most of these tones would look great w/your flooring

a good, light griege is Pale Oak, BM. It seems to work w/everything. shown here:

you could also try BM Smoke embers. it has the slight pink undertone

The left is SW Amazing gray and the right one is SW Light French gray. Amazing gray seems to be warmer and I like it better. I realized my Countertop has some gray on it and the floors too! So I'm liking gray walls, I just need to find the right one. I welcome more suggestions. Thank you!

that one looks pretty good. against the floor it's still somewhat blueish.

you didn't get a sample of Pale Oak?

did you ever try this one in your samples?

here's how it compares to others

Judy G and Beth H thanks so much for your suggestions. Cabinets are in! and I choose Amazing Gray for the kitchen walls (A little lighter than Mindful Gray). Cambria will have some gray on it and I like the gray colors in the kitchen. My living room doesn't have to be gray, I might wait to put my furniture back and then test the Amazing gray sample, or the BM Winterwood and Pale Oak. Thank you ladies! I have to think about roman shades/window treatment now. Suggestions will be welcome.

We recently painted our family room with SW 6162 Ancient Marble; we also have new wood floors very similar in color to yours. In spite of the name, the SW color we chose is a very light green which seems to look warmer in daylight and bluer in evening light. It's very soft and restful.

    Here's a picture of it:
