Floral, it seems to be hit or miss as to whether posts that include that forum in their cross posting (and don't get me started on that fiasco!!) are able to be commented on or not. The post you reference above does have a comment posted but no way for me to add comments either. This is one of those times when I make use of the flagging options and flag the thread as "miscategorized". That seems to stimulate the Houzz powers that be to reclassify the thread under the other forum headings. Or open up the comment box :-)

Since you're here, Nancy, disturbing the pile also discourages rats. Turning it into another bin is good, or simply fluffing it with a fork.

I thought that forum had really closed down several years ago -- at least, the person who was responding officially as The Yard Doctor stopped. I think I saw an announcement about it at the time.
