Hi Pam: Thanks for reaching out to Meadowlark! The mirror is the Kohler Damask Mirror Cabinet Surround 40" and the cabinets are from Brookhaven and they are the Edgemont Recessed Square style in Navy. This project is from 4 years ago so not sure if these items are still available. Good luck with your project.
