The information that you posted is specific to the glass package, but says nothing about the window company who dropped the glass in the frame.

Thank you for the responses! I don’t have any pictures on my phone, but in general many windows have big gaps to the sills with the wood even cracking. A couple have water leaks as well. I can take some pictures later.

Does the information from the window give any hints as to what kind of performance the window has (I.e. u factor, shgc, etc.)?

The information in the glass logo doesn't include performance numbers, but performance of the glass package that you will have in windows today will almost certainly exceed what you currently have (unless you are totally cheaping out, and your posts don't suggest that at all).
