I need to decorate my professional financial planning office

I'm simply looking for ideas inexpensive wall art to lighten up a reception area that doesn't have any natural light.

Etsy has digital download art for about $5/print. You print it yourself or send it to FedEx to print for a couple of dollars. Frame it yourself in a ready-made frame from Target or Ikea.
