Polished or Honed Super White for new kitchen counters?

We're seriously considering Super White for our countertops. We are aware that it's a dolomotic marble and will require extra care; we also LOVE it!

If you have this I'd love to know if it's polished, honed or leathered and if you've had any problems with it. What products do you use to seal and take care of it?

We could go either way with the finish though it seems like the honed or leathered might hide etching better. We saw a gorgeous slab they said was lightly leathered though it seemed honed to me. Been reading some of the posts on this and thought I'd take a quick poll. Thanks for your input!
