Chandelier on sloped ceiling

I bought a chandelier and my electrician installed it.

Now it looks like this..

I tried to find the contact # of manufacturer but am a having a difficult time with it.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Is there an universal adapter I can use?

The picture looks a little blurry, but it seems that the canopy is not covering the j-box completely.

There are adapters for sloped ceilings, they're called hang-straight, there several types out there.

(I design and make lighting and have used them before).

They're couplings that attach between the canopy and the hanging rod, they hold whatever weight the chandelier weighs.

I get them from my supplier, I don't know if a home improvement store would have them in stock.
