Is there any other tile (shower) in the room? That may make a difference. The floor tile and counter are not a good match. The counter is cool and the floor a very warm tone. If they are both staying, do not use any gray. It wont look good with the floor which is more dominant. Best bet would be to find a soft white to paint the vanity.

Thanks for your response! The shower/bathtub has the same tan tile as the floor, up to the ceiling on the right side of the bathroom. Don’t plan to change the tile or counters

I quite like it unpainted. I would replace the knobs with some blinged out glass pulls but I can see how that may not be your taste. Have you considered framing the mirror? It's a fast way make a bathroom look less contractor grade.
