Need help with master bedroom/bathroom redesign

So our master bedroom, bathroom, and closet are very small. We are trying to find a way to make everything bigger. I have an idea (I will post in a reply) but I want to see if there are other options that anyone else can think of. The blue area is the current master bedroom, bathroom, and "walk-in" closet. The plan is to grab part of the hall bathroom (yellow highlight), possibly part of the furnace room that doesn't look like it is being used (pink highlight), and as a last resort turn the little porch area into a covered extension of the house (green highlight).

I absolutely hate the wasted space of the little hallway when we enter the room. It is such a waste of space when space is what we need. We want to keep the bedroom location where it is because there are big beautiful windows out front that we want to keep and it doesn't make sense to have those in a bathroom.

Any thoughts?

Do you really want a toilet in your hallway that doesn't have a sink next to it? Where will guests wash their hands?

Here is my first shot at it. Input would be appreciated. This doesn't change the size of the bedroom sadly, but gives us more closet space (which we REALLY need) and a master bath that has both a shower and tub that seems to be necessary in master bathrooms these days.

@Josie23 Thanks for pointing that out. I forgot to put a sink in the powder room but of course it will have a sink. I was mainly focusing on the master area. The powder room will be about 7.5 feet long x 3.5 feet wide which should be plenty of room for both a toilet and a sink. I read that the minimum area for a powder room is 11 square feet but this will be much larger than that. I have seen some pretty small powder rooms for sure.

I would put the door to your master bedroom off the entry foyer. That would get rid of the hallway you dislike and allow more room for your closet/bathroom.

@Karenseb Thanks for the input. That is an option but I am wondering how weird it is to have a door right in the entryway to a home. Is it odd? Would people be turned off by it if we ever resell?

Can the furnace be relocated? If so, I might make that the entrance to the bedroom then have two reach in closets flanking the entry to the bedroom instead of a single walk-in.

My mom and dad have a door to the 3rd (sewing room) bedroom right as you walk into the front door into the open living room/foyer. There is also a closet door next to it. It doesn't seem odd at all.
