Can it be mounted for left opening?

What are the options for towel arms with BOTH right and left opening?

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! There's nothing that would cause the towel ring to be less structurally sound by mounting it the opposite way. The only issue would be that visually, you would see the mounting nut for the towel ring if mounted the opposite way. Normally, that piece is covered just because it is on the bottom, so reversing would cause that piece to be seen from the top. Hope that helps! Thanks!
