I don't know exactly what product we used since the contractor used his supplier/fabricator. It's probably Caesarstone or Pental Quartz, because that's typically what we specify. The island is 12' and has a seam, but with a really good fabricator and using a solid color material it's easier to mask the joint. Unfortunately, I don't know of a countertop company that sells slabs over 10 feet long.
