Preemergent in Texas for Spring 2019

I already have spring wild flowers bolting in my yard in Bandera. We were in San Antonio this weekend and noticed plenty of signs of spring. With this moisture event we are getting right NOW (Feb 4), it's time to apply a preem. If you north of New Braunfels or Kerrville, it's pretty much here. North of Austin, maybe you can wait a week or two.
