Quartz Backsplash - Does anyone make a slab big enough for no seam?

We are in the final stages of our kitchen but have a design dilemma pertaining to our planned quartz backsplash. Based on the plans that our interior designer provided to us, it appears that the only option to utilize quartz on our backsplash as designed, it will require a seam. Is anyone aware of a quartz manufacturer that has a slab bigger than 63" x 128" that we would be able to utilize in our backsplash (highlighted in the red square) without a seam?

Normally this could be accomplished by using two bookmatched pieces however we also need to continue the look/feel under the cabinets. Not sure if we can accomplish that by bookmatching the pieces. I am okay with a seam at the vertical line where the cabinets end.
