You could look at Flor tiles also (I just commented on another post by someone looking for a specific size). I've never used them myself, but people seem to like them...They are about 18 square I think...

A carpet place might do it or know who does. My cousin got a piece of carpet bound to use a custom area rug. Probably won't cost much, I imagine they charge by the inch or something like that.
